New Orleans and Louisiana and their histories are full of hidden gems and it is fun unearthing them. Bobby Charles (that’s his stage name….he was a Cajun thru and thru named Guidry) is one of those musicians whose songs absolutely you know (“See you later Alligator” and “Walkin’to New Orleans”. Kermit Ruffins and even transplants such as Jon Cleary.
